Return-Policy

If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase due to damages or incorrect order you may return it within 14 days for a full refund, exchange or store credit (excluding return shipping & handling cost). Item must not be worn or used and returned in the same package. Please contact the company for instructions on how to properly return your item. There is a no refund, no return and no exchange policy on any customized products such as tumblers and clothing.

There is a 24-48 hour dispatch time after making a purchase on the website. In the case of cancelation, please ensure order number and details of purchase are provided soon after in order for the shipment to be canceled. If item was not already dispatched, a full refund will be sent back to your original medium of payment. The refund period is solely dependent on the method used for initial purchase.

Damages upon arrival and faulty Items
